Kentucky Bluebird Grill & Pub: Ashland’s Hub for Bold Flavors and Live Music

Out on Route 60, the former Summit Giovanni’s has transformed into Kentucky Bluebird Grill & Pub—and it’s bringing serious energy to the Summit area. Live music is a huge draw here, with a stage inside and outside, so whether you’re chilling on the patio under the stars or hanging inside, the vibe is on point. Now for the food… wow. These wings? Some of the biggest and juiciest I’ve had around here. The sauces are —we tried the Moonshine BBQ and the Jala-Mango, and both were total winners. I also went for the Bluebird Breakfast Burger, and it did not disappoint. Juicy patty, topped with a killer beer cheese that tied everything together. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in, but consider me impressed. This place checks all the boxes: great food, live tunes, patio hangs.

Great spot and service! Had the soup beans and cornbread. Best cornbread ever! Will be back with friends.

Really good Mushroom & Swiss Burger. Huge onion rings. Cannot complain at all.

Solid food, a great hang for music lovers, and the staff is awesome. I know most of the folks that work there, but that has absolutely nothing to do with my high review. I wouldn't say it was good if it wasn't. The Philly is REALLY good, the dumplings are great, but right now I can't quit going for that bologna sandwich. It is unreal and you should 100% go get one!

Great food and amazing music atmosphere. Live music here is always outstanding. Friendly folks. Beautiful painting on walls. Nice outdoor seating and stage.

The food was good and priced reasonably. The waitress and staff were excellent! Although they were very crowded the night we went because so many people had come for the music and entertainment, our waitress kept checking on us and filling our drinks and the staff were working hard to be sure everyone had a good dining experience. Overall a great dining experience as well as great entertainment! I highly recommend!
